Regarding Transfer of Domestic Service Workers without the Consent of the Employer

The seeking of the issue of appointing an auditor to review financial statements for past years exceeding five years shall start with determining the standard of calculating the five-year period.

A Correction in the Translation of some Auditing Standards

The date of graduation shall not exceed five years.

After reviewing the Provisions of Articles (Eleven duplicate, Two hundred & twenty-nine, Two hundred & thirty, and Two hundred & thirty one) of the Labor Law

Approving the amendments to the Labor Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. (M/51) dated 23/8/1426 H as per the attached form.

And after reviewing Regulation of pleadings and procedures of conciliation and reconciliation, issued by the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (1) dated 3.4/1/1390H

Based on Article seventy of the Basic Law of Governance issued by the Royal Order No(A / 90) dated 27/08/1412H, and

Council of Ministers Resolution No. (444) of 7 July 1970 approving the rules of implementation for the control and regulation of labour inspection activities.

Recruitment for the purpose of employment may not be allowed except after the approval of Ministry.
